By accessing or making a purchase on patterio.com ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Website. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
All products sold on Patterio are digital downloads. No physical products are mailed or shipped. After a successful payment, download links are provided immediately. Files are delivered as high-resolution JPG images (6144 × 6144 px, 300 DPI) unless otherwise stated on the product page. We make every effort to ensure files are accurate, complete, and free of defects. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at hello@patterio.com.
Each pattern bundle is available under one of three license tiers: Personal, Commercial, or Extended. The license you purchase determines how you may use the patterns. Full details of each license tier, including permitted and restricted uses, are outlined on our Licensing page. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of the selected license. All licenses are non-transferable and may not be sub-licensed to third parties. Raw pattern files may not be resold, redistributed, or shared in any form.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Prices are listed in USD. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a download link has been generated, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. If you receive a defective file or encounter a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us within 14 days at hello@patterio.com and we will resolve the issue promptly. We may offer a replacement file, alternative format, or store credit at our discretion.
All patterns, images, designs, text, and other content on this Website are the intellectual property of Patterio (operated by Ninterints) and are protected by applicable copyright laws. Purchasing a license grants you the right to use the patterns within the scope of that license. It does not transfer ownership or copyright of the original artwork. You may not claim authorship of the patterns, register them as trademarks, or use them in a way that implies they are your original creation.
You agree not to use our products or Website for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on the rights of others, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Website. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website. You may not use the patterns in connection with content that is defamatory, obscene, or promotes hate or violence. We reserve the right to terminate access to any user who violates these terms.
If you create an account on Patterio, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Patterio provides all products and services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
We collect only the information necessary to process orders and improve your experience. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which operates under its own privacy policy. By using our Website, you consent to the collection and use of information as described here. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Website shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
